A. Instructions for Cancellation
Introduction
Consumers, meaning any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, have the right to cancel this contract under the following conditions.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

Use of this online form is optional. You may alternatively exercise your right of cancellation by sending a clear statement via email.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Registration via the return form is recommended but not mandatory for exercising your statutory right of cancellation.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We kindly request that goods be returned in suitable packaging to prevent transport damage.
Return Shipping Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you bear the risk of return shipment until the goods reach us.
Discounted Items
Products purchased at a discounted price are not excluded from the statutory right of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued only for the amount actually paid for the respective product.
No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Print-on-Demand Products
Certain products are made to order (print-on-demand).
If a product is made according to the consumerβs specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of cancellation may be excluded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Order cancellations are possible only before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately after receipt via email at support@dumunt.com, including relevant details and photos where applicable.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
