How it works

Add a small amount of wood chips to the smoke infuser chamber, ignite the chips according to the product instructions and switch on the smoke infuser. Direct the smoke into the selected dome, allow the food or drink to absorb the aroma for a short time, then lift the dome and serve.

Safety & care

Use only suitable wood chips intended for food and drink smoking. Operate the smoke infuser on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from children. Do not expose the acrylic dome to direct flame or excessive heat. Allow heated parts to cool before handling or cleaning. Hand wash the domes as recommended.
